Information Regarding Moving service
What makes us different from the usual other competitors
• No fuel charge.
• No mileage fee *.
• Up to 100 boxes for one, two, three bedrooms & boxes are limited to 75 lbs* max per box.
• We don't limit the number of hours to complete the moving process.
• We don't charge any stairs less than 4th floor.
• We provide free quilted pads ( for wrapping furniture's & other sensitive materials)
• All items are insured.

Moving procedure to follow
• Rentzon.com strongly advises / insists you to book your moving online.
• Schedule your moving as soon as possible, at least one week in advance before your moving date. In order to meet your preferences you must book ahead of time.
• All boxes must be properly packed & must be limited to the max weight of 75 lbs per box.
• All beds must be disassembled.
• All electronics or appliances should be disconnected & properly packed.
• All items must be removed from furniture.
• All items must be ready to move. If you need any help to disconnect or disassemble your belongings for an extra charge please contact moving supervisor.
• Once you book online, our moving supervisor will contact you shortly to arrange the moving.
• Schedule your moving as soon as possible, at least one week in advance before your moving date. In order to meet your preferences you must book ahead of time.
• All boxes must be properly packed & must be limited to the max weight of 75 lbs per box.
• All beds must be disassembled.
• All electronics or appliances should be disconnected & properly packed.
• All items must be removed from furniture.

• Once you book online, our moving supervisor will contact you shortly to arrange the moving.

Living Room:
• Bookshelf, Sofa tables, End tables, Coffee tables, Television stand, Couches, Speakers & speaker stands, Desk, Shelves, Curio cabinet, Aquarium*, Recliners, Rugs, Love seat, Fans, Picture frames.
Bedroom:
• Lamps, Cribs (baby bed), Water bed, Mattress, Dressers, Chest of drawers, Night stand, Head & foot boards.
Kitchen Items:
• Bakers rack, High chair, Refrigerator.
Office Items:
• File cabinet, Desk , Chairs., Desk top computer.
Storage Items:
• Bike, Vacuum cleaners, BBQ Grill, washer & dryer.
What we don't move
• Grand pianos.
• Live animal.
• Flammable products or hazardous materials.

*Items we may charge you for
• Item over 200 lbs ($40).
• Fitness equipment of More than 200 lbs ($20).
• Aquarium with More than 25 gallon ($20).
• TV more than 60" ($50).
• Pool tables ($150) any additional ($100) (pool tables must be disassembled prior to move and will not be reassembled).
• Stairs on 5th floor and above will be charged an additional ($25).
• Fitness equipment of More than 200 lbs ($20).
• Aquarium with More than 25 gallon ($20).
• TV more than 60" ($50).
• Pool tables ($150) any additional ($100) (pool tables must be disassembled prior to move and will not be reassembled).
• Stairs on 5th floor and above will be charged an additional ($25).
*Extreme conditions that you may expose to extra charge
• Rentzon.com strongly advises you to go ahead sign the lease before your move in date, there will be a fee of $39 per hour for waiting time.
• For any additional pick up from different location or drop off to different location there will be additional charge per location. (Contact moving coordinator).
• Rentzon.com understands there might be inconveniences after you book or schedule your move. We encourages you to call (1-800-262-6457 the moving coordinator) in advance to avoid any extra charges at least 24 hours before the moving time; there will be an additional fee of $45 for rescheduling or canceling the order on the same day.
• For any additional pick up from different location or drop off to different location there will be additional charge per location. (Contact moving coordinator).
• Rentzon.com understands there might be inconveniences after you book or schedule your move. We encourages you to call (1-800-262-6457 the moving coordinator) in advance to avoid any extra charges at least 24 hours before the moving time; there will be an additional fee of $45 for rescheduling or canceling the order on the same day.
Customer responsibility / disclaimer
• Customer is responsible:-
• To disassemble all furniture's, all beds, speakers & baby beds.( any item that needs to be disassembled)
• To disconnect & properly pack, all electronics & appliances before the movers arrive.
• For removing all items from the furniture.
• To pay the moving company for any extra work done by movers according their agreement.
• Customers is fully aware, understand & knows where in the event of bad weather or any major problem the moving company has the right to re-schedule the moving to the nearest possible time period.
• Customer is fully aware, understands & knows where in the event of movers are unable to move the items on the assigned date due to major problem or circumstances neither Rentzon.com nor the independent moving contractor is responsible for any damages occurred to the customer.
• Rentzon.com or the moving company has the right to turn down the moving service.
• If you are moving from House or Townhome to an apartment, you must contact the moving coordinator prior the booking or scheduling the move.
• To disassemble all furniture's, all beds, speakers & baby beds.( any item that needs to be disassembled)
