4. You must write Rentzon.com as a referral on the guest card, application form and contract form.

5. You must have never lived before in the community where you about to lease.

6. You must not transfer within same community property.

7. You must not be currently staying or moving to a property owned by the same management.

8. You must sign a lease term for at least 6 month.

9. Rentzon.com provides, only one time Moving service.

10. The net effective rent rate must be at least $650. Any effective rent rate below may qualify for a partial moving service.

11. You must request the moving service online through rentzon.com at lease 24 hours before your moving date. Rentzon.com strongly advises you, to book your moving service as early as possible.
